Your running assessment will incorporate a full review of your sporting history, including any previous/current injuries as well as your goals. It centres around a comprehensive musculoskeletal assessment that helps identify key areas of tissue or joint restriction, weakness and muscle imbalances that can adversely affect running form and performance. Your gait is then recorded on a treadmill and analysed with video analysis. The outcome of the assessment will allow us to determine the best corrective exercises and advice for you.
